    Purchase Agreement

    Kimco Distributing Accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check, Money Order, Terms. Terms can be extended to repeat customers with approved Credit. If you wish to set up Terms with Kimco Distributing, please fax 3 trade credit references to 440-255-2168. Credit Cards, Checks or Money orders will have to be received and cleared before Kimco Distributing will ship product. Kimco Distributing reserves the right to cancel, change, or refuse any order and will promptly notify you of the change.

    Credit Cards:
    As a courtesy to our valued customers, we would like to inform you of our credit card procedure. Due to large variances in freight amounts for our product types (weight, haz-mat, and/or geographic locations) it is difficult to determine exact freight charges prior to shipment of product. Therefore, all credit card orders submitted will be authorized (only) for the actual purchase price plus and additional provisional amount of 20% to allow for pending freight charges. However, upon settlement and billing to the actual credit card account, only the actual purchase price and the actual freight amount we be billed to the card. This is a courtesy policy to prevent rebilling for additional freight amounts and any possible confusion to our customers.


    Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges will be added after the order has been placed. Hazardous Material cost may also be applied for some products. Ship dates are estimated based on inventory levels and manufacturer stock. Upon placing an order a Kimco Distributing Representative will contact you if your order will take longer than the next business day to ship. In most cases, orders placed generally ship on the same business day.

    All Ohio customers orders will be charged applicable sales tax unless a tax exempt form is faxed in and attached to your account. Fax all forms into 440-255-2168.

    Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges:
    We would like to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order. In the event you are not satisfied, please contact our office at 800.521.9197 to set up a return. A customer service representative will be glad to help in issuing an RA#. If the product you ordered is defective, full credit will be issued and the product will be replaced, or you will be credited the full amount of the order including shipping charges. Should you choose to return an order, or any part of an order on products that are non-defective, a restocking fee may apply. A customer service representative can notify you of any restocking charges before you agree to return. If you cancel an order before it ships full credit will be issued back to your credit card. Any shipping expenses incurred from shipment to or from Kimco, other than on defective products, will be charged to the purchaser.
