The Excelta 7247E Medium Tapered Medium Head Maximum Flush Carbon Steel Cutter is made of extruded 1% carbon tool steel. The cutting blades are induction hardened to RHC 63-65. Long soft cushioned ergonomic handles are designed for comfort and are ESD safe. Stainless steel leaf springs round out the package for positive and reliable action.
